Cash or credit card deposits of 25% for new clients and services over 100.00 must be used to reserve appointments.
 Cancellations of appointments with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.

*Gift certificates are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. One free 30-day extension allowed if re-validated within the first 180 days of purchase.
No refunds given on gift certificates.

**Hot Locks, a full service salon cannot guarantee chemical and color services due to the nature of the product and outside variances and factors of our clients that may effect our services.
