I have been going to this salon for years and let me tell you "this is not your typical salon". This salon cares about the customers' needs and will go over and above to meet them. They have a full service to offer their clients in addition to hair care- barber, nails, facials, hair care and beauty products. More importantly, they also get the customers involved and excited to give to others less fortunate them themselves- adopting entire families for Christmas, silent auctions for breast cancer, raising monies for the city of Brandon, etc... Khristy is not only an amazing person, owner, manager, hair stylist, and friend, she lives by example. I guarantee you will leave this salon not only feeling prettier on the outside, but more importantly prettier on the inside.

My family and I have been going to Hot Locks for over 5yrs it has a great atmosphere with welcoming staff. It has the feel of the neighbourhood salon where everyone meets, unwinds and gets great service. Khristy can do wonders with color. They do everything from facials to pedicures and manicures not forgetting permanent make-up it's your one-stop beauty parlour. It's hard to find a good salon so look not further their right here!! GREAT job everyone..... THANK YOU

OMG! My 2 teenage daughters and I just LOVE Hot Locks! Kristy is da bomb when it comes to updo's and makeup application! Homecoming, prom or weddings, my girls ALWAYS look incredible when she finishes with them. Michelle is my all time favorite nail tech. She puts me back together like new on every visit. :0) I would be lost without her! You just gotta go to Hot Locks for the best service and chat in town! Everyone is so friendly there....like family!

It's so hard to find a good hair stylist these days. Well look no more Hot Locks has the best Jamie. The atmosphere is so friendly, warm and comfortable. I look forward to being a customer/family for a long time. Thanks Jamie for restoring my confidence that there are still GOOD hair stylist out there Thanks again, Aliyanna :-)

It's been about 3 years since I had a GREAT stylist/salon experience. I've relocated a couple times since then and finding a new place is always scary. I know, hair grows back; but we all know the annoyance, embarrassment, and upset it can cause in the mean time! I chose Hot Locks based on the number/ratings of all the other reviews and I was not mislead. This is a great salon with reasonable prices for the top-notch service they provide. Jamie cut mine and my sister's hair (best hair cut my sis has ever had!) and we both look great. I have hair that's in between curly and wavy; I asked her to give me a cut that would allow me to wear it air-dryed/natural or flat ironed. My sis was able to donate almost 13 inches of hair to Locks of Love and still get a great cut. I've found "my salon" and stylist. Sadly, I can't say the same for my sis but that's because she lives in Seattle (I think she'd be willing to stop in next time she's in town though!). Thanks Jamie for great styles and thanks Khristy for running a great shop!
